Hearing is one of the five senses plays a key role in communicating with external world by perception of speech and non speech sounds, which is very crucial for surviva in this sound environment. However certain factors to our system alters this hearing sensation by cause hearing loss such as sensory neural hearing loss, conductive hearing loss or mixed hearing loss which is combination of both. Loss of hearing sensation on partial or total basis can make an individal out of communication from this evnironment.
