Dispute Resolution in Russia: the essentials

In this book the authors tried to accumulate their work experience as well as results of their own scientific research together with research findings of outstanding Russian lawyers. The aim was to put an emphasis on both science and practice, but some problems of Russian procedural law are searched more precisely and solutions to all of the most difficult problems are offered. The study consists of Russian lawyers’ articles devoted to the various aspects of Russian procedural law. As all the authors are legal practitioners with extensive first-hand experience in procedural legal matters, they were able to share their own ideas about the current state of litigation in Russia. Every author was to choose the best way to present the information; that is why the articles included to this study differ.
