It was an attempt to identify the key people in the industry in the mid-1960s and determine their age, education background, field of specialization, language proficiency and location. Some 2500 executives are listed.
There were 27 categories, ranging from economic development program administrators to land developers, and urban planners.
The study also identified 68 different professional associationsto which one or more of the listed executives belonged.
Part 1 gives biographical data on leaders listed alphabetically.
Part 2 provides a geographical index by state.
