When bumbling old Professor Chipcilicon agrees to let a mobile phone company store their old stock in his run-down mansion, little does he suspect the crime-fighting adventures in store for him... For these are no ordinary mobile phones but the Coloured Detectives, super sleuths who, with the professor"s help, are intent on catching criminals and upholding justice. Maisie Scott was born in a small village in Shropshire on 4th October 1940 and educated at the village school before going on to the secondary modern at Much Wenlock. She has two children - one girl, one boy - and a grandson and granddaughter. Maisie had a selection of poems published in 1974 and has written three other children"s stories that have not yet been published.
