This is an autobiography based on the author?s childhood in Southern Rhodesia, her school days in Rhodesia and her married life in Zimbabwe. The author was very angry for most of her life. She was angry at African tradition, which she saw as a weapon of intimidation. She was angry at the system of government which made it perfectly acceptable for one race to treat others as no better than and less intelligent than monkeys. She was angry at religion, which made it perfectly acceptable for a missionary or person of ?god? to decide that blacks were sinners and needed to be punished. Partly because of this anger, she developed many chronic health problems that were exacerbated by the types of food that she was eating. This book is about the author?s journey towards health, well-being and peace of mind. Это и многое другое вы найдете в книге Loving Me: Reclaiming my power (Letty Chihoro)
