As my mother neared the end of her life she became weaker and more confused. She remained a demanding and strong character to the end, however, and dealing with her needs, both real and imaginary, became ever more challenging. This collection of writings and illustrations records some of my adventures and mixed feelings as I assumed caretaker duty for Mom.
