Stanley Finnigan is a normal seventh grade kid in a quiet town. He has to deal with the regular stresses of middle school life, like tests, teachers, and Trevor, the school bully. Stana??s best friends, Richey and Betsy, help him get through the daily grind, but an embarrassing encounter with Trevor in Science class leaves Stan humiliated. To make matters worse, Bryan, the newest dork in school, is thrown into his group Science project.
