Reflections of Seasons Past Mary Booth Bright

When I was asked to write this forward, I had no idea what a forward was, my very good friend, who was very instrumental in the publishing of this very special book, told me to just write something about the author. After thinking about her suggestion, I said to myself, well I might as well be writing another book. God brings people into your life for a reason and a "season, everything on earth has it own time", (Eccl. 3:1-8), when He brought Aunt Mary into my life, I wasn"t sure why, although, she was my mother"s best friend, and had been a part of my family for many years, I didn"t know how important of a role she would play in my life, after the death of my own Mother. She often talked about her writings, and I knew that writing was one of her life"s passions, she talked about putting all of her writings together in hopes of publishing them one day. Well that day has come, and the joy that I share with her, in sharing her words, her thoughts, her feelings with the world is just phenomenal. I have become the daughter that she lost; she has become the mother that I lost, in each others lives forever. Here I go, trying to start another book, so I"d better close now, simply saying, I Love You Aunt Mary, and I am so happy that this has happened for YOU!!! Sheila M.
