My story as the survivor of a journey through life with many long periods of mental, physical and above all spiritual illness and so misery. I suffered 12 years of sex abuse then was finally raped, by my own stepfather. After that came drugging leading to a gang bang and other sexual assault; what I call "self arson", schizophrenia, manic depression ie bipolar disorder, so depression and mania, both intense and long term; irritable bowel syndrome, broken bones, widowhood, and domestic violence after that!
