For the many people who live near a beach, water way, river or ocean shore, it is a time that offers many potential endeavors: a time to relax and go enjoy nature, to go surfing, to picnic with family, to sit around the bomb-fire and star gaze and many other potential activities. I wrote this book to motivate others to go and enjoy the beach. The art and poetry in this book are meant to remind you of the awesome beauty of nature. There is a painting and poem for every Saturday and Sunday of the year for a total of 104. In this way, should you ever wish to be uplifted by positive and caring words, in a manner which is inspired and dedicated to a "BEACH LIFESTYLE," all you have to do is open this book and read it. This book was made with love. Some of the poetry in this book came from a place deep in my heart which aims to offer relaxation, peace and enjoyment. Other poems were created to motivate and inspire you to get out into nature, to go out and breath-in the natural beauty that surrounds us, to live life more fully, go surfing, go running, go journal, sight-seeing and so much more.
