Laura and her new boyfriend Nick are in the beautiful Lake District of England for a short holiday. Laura has taken Kip, a neighbour’s dog, with her against Nick’s wishes. When Kip gets ill Laura meets Robert, the local vet. At first Robert doesn’t like either Laura or Nick. And Laura doesnt know why Robert seems to hate city people.
