Bangladesh has already achieved gender parity in education levels (The World Bank, 2008, ICDDR, B, 2009). In Bangladesh although highly educated women expect to achieve gender equality, but compared to highly educated men they experience poverty in disproportionate scales. In the modern society human beings have to use their manual or non-manual strength to fulfill his/her own basic needs and by doing that one is swelling his/her strength. This creates a way to self-development. Usually in Bangladesh women are living on men kin or husband’s gifted living way.
