Measuring national power and designing a model with which we can compare countries in a certain time and or the situation of one country in two different times has always been one of the challenges facing scientists in Social Science. In this respect, to measure the power of countries many efforts have been made especially in the 60''s and 70''s. All of them have compared the countries from limited perspective. In this research a new model is presented to measure national power; it is much better than previous models.
