Literature survey as well as new homology searching and modeling of the target for infectious diseases, screening and designing of lead molecule, flexible and rigid docking and designed ligand molecule and validation of ligand (drug) molecule is done using in silico technique incorporating bioinoormatics and cheminformatics tools. Still the testing of designed drug at the preclinical stage is required. A role of the designed drug in the treatment of tuberculosis can not be ignored, but it is unclear whether it will have advantages over currently available medicines. Of course, this medicine is only a first step and not the final goal, and newer treatments will be researched.
