Low Power VLSI Techniques Prachi Mittal

With the advent of newer, faster & smarter Electronics Systems and ever shrinking Fabrication Technology, Low power is a must requirement in VLSI. The work presented in this book talks about Low power VLSI in general and Multi-Threshold CMOS and Charge Recycled Multi-Threshold CMOS specifically. The book starts with a general discussion about the need of Low power VLSI and techniques to achieve that. It concludes with a performance comparison of Conventional CMOS, MTCMOS & CRMTCMOS and then presents a way to optimize the Power saving and Wake-up delay in CRMTCMOS.
