Legal protection is a system entranched by statutory provisions, which, in the framework of a constitutional state, provides that no one should be kept from practicing his rights and freedoms guaranteed by law. On the one hand, legal protection includes the guarantees that refer to its users. On the other hand, it covers the institutions that take part in the enforcement of its fulfilment. Questions of legal protection may be approached by a garantial-constitutional point of view, extended to sources of law, moreover, on the level of its institutions procedures and methods.
