Anti-dumping measure has become one of the most important trade remedy instruments against international dumping. However, the misuse of this trade instrument for the protectionist purpose may jeopardize the benefits of countries'' economic integration. In 2004, Vietnam has adopted its first anti-dumping legislation with the hope that it would strengthen the economic law regime and at the same time to accommodate the WTO requirements.
