Zearalenone (ZEA) is a mycotoxin known Resorcylic acid lacton RAL and F-2 mycotoxin, is a potent estrogenic metabolite produced by some Fusarium species. Several Fusarium species produce toxic substances of considerable concern to livestock and poultry producers, namely deoxynivalenol, T-2 toxin, HT-2 toxin, Diacetoxyscirpenol (DAS) and Zearalenone . This study was conducted to detect the fungi associated with poultry feeds and evaluate the efficacy of some chemical , biological and physical agents the potential effects of each of crude and purified bacteriocin of Pediococcus pentosaceus , Magnetic field and adsorptive factors Chitosan and Pomegranate pericarp Punica granatum L. for detoxification of ZEA to reduce Zearalenone in poultry feeds and in liquid medium Yeast Extract Sucrose (YES) . Это и многое другое вы найдете в книге Detoxifying Agents of Zearalenone (Shatha Ali Shafiq and Sahira Nsayif Muslim)
