At this point in time, most of the galaxy is under the vile control of the mighty Crown Empire. The only free areas of space exist solely in the outer-rim territories and within a small star system protected by an Alliance shield. On the eve of the largest strike ever conceived by the Jovian Alliance, an opportunity of discovery was presented to the leadership of the Alliance. It could enable them to find a forgotten race of powerful people believed to be vanquished from existence.
