In School Committee, February 24, 1854.
Messrs. Russell, Skinner, Norcross, Simpson, Sykes, Fuller, Haskins, Parks, and Drake, were appointed a Committee to make the Annual Examinations of all the Grammar Schools under the charge of this Board for the present year.

Voted, That the Committee on the Annual Examinations be authorized to report in print.

Dr. Russell, Chairman of the Committee to make the Annual Examinations, presented the Report of said Committee, which was accepted; and, thereupon, it was
Ordered, That the usual number - twelve thousand copies - be printed for distribution.
