A simple system of ventilation provides a plenteous supply of pure fresh air. A number of bath rooms properly placed in the house afford convenience and hot and cold water baths.

Each room is amply large for two students, has a good-sizes closet, and is furnished with beds, single or double, and all other necessary furnishings. trunks are not kept in rooms but are stored in a part of the basement to which the student has access at any time.

The house contains several separate apartments-one for the ladies, one for the men, and a third for the married students.
