L. monocytogenes is a common bacterium in nature, it was only discovered to be a foodborne. Several food products have been linked with epidemics and sporadic cases of listeriosis, including meat, dairy, vegetable and fish products. Studying the antibacterial activity of lactic acid bacteria against isolated L. monocytgenes. 4. Detection the ability of isolated L .monocytogenes to produce some enzymes .
