Excerpt from Sermon, Addressed to the Legislature of Connecticut, at the New-Haven: May 5th, 1824
At a General Assembly of the state of Connecticut, holden at New-Haven in said State, on the first Wednesday of May, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twentyfour:
Resolved, That the Hon. Mr. Moseley, and Cornelius Tuthill, Esq. be a committee to present the thanks of this Assembly to the Rev. Samuel Luckey, for the Sermon delivered by him before the Assembly, at the opening of the session, and to request a copy thereof, that it may be printed.
