Excerpt from Siberia and Eastern Russia, Vol. 4
At the end of this book blank spaces are provided for new or supplementary information. They are headed "Additions and Corrections." Officers obtaining such information are instructed to transmit it at once to the following address: Military Monograph Subsection, Military Intelligence Division, General Staff, Washington, D. C.
Officers should remember that seemingly small bits of information may be of great value. For example, the length of a bridge, the number of houses in a village, the name of a good guide are each worth noting and transmitting to Washington.
