The Author Jimi Rand, Barbadian-born Writer, is a man of many hats and who has experienced adventures in far-flung places. After putting his military life behind him he trained as an Actor, in London and in between gigs he fell back on an acquired education. He went on to become a Director, Producer, Poet, Playwright and College Lecturer. He ran three different Theatre Companies in London, England, and also three different Arts Centres in the Black community of London. He was CEO of Yaa Asantewaa in the late 1990s.
