Primary human experience, taken as a starting point to explain the mysteries of faith, is more and more taking a center stage in contemporary theological treatise. This theological trend is more appealing to people that abstract concepts. When we look at man in the drama of life, we observe that he is essentially a relational being, and therefore he can only find meaning, value and fulfillment in life when he is living in communion with God, other people and the world. This is not human making, but God’s own design. This is an attempt to use the insights acquired from the primary human experience to explain various mysteries of Christian Revelation, in the African thought pattern.
