Harry Osman Newland (? -1920) was a British sociologist, explorer and author. He was the founder and honorary secretary of the British West African Association, organiser of the West Africa section at the Coronation Exhibition, a member of the Grand Council British Dominions Exhibition, a member of African and Anglo- French societies and Director of Hartley and Moore Ltd.
