Ingredients 4 lbs lean ground beef 1/2 onion, chopped fine 1-2 tsp salt 2 Tbsp ground cumin 6 Tbsp chili powder 2 C. water 1 (1 ? oz) packages chili seasoning mix Directions Brown ground beef in skillet and drain fat. Add all ingredients and combine in a Crock Pot, stirring to mix thoroughly. Cook on high for 2 hours, stirring well to break up meat.
