When Wesley leaves his practical job as a CPA and lawyer to take a stab at racing horses, everyone thinks he"s crazy. This city boy"s hardly ever worked at manual labor a day in his life, let alone work at a racing stable. But Wesley has dreams, and being in a stuffy, boring office eight hours a day, isn"t one of them. Wesley is bound and determined to show his family that he can race horses. He buys what he thinks will be a good horse, and the seller throws in Unice, a one horned goat for free. With his two new animals, Wesley sets out to make his life-long dreams come true. When a fellow horse owner gets wind there"s a new kid in town, he sets Shorty and Stumpy Smith out to see what he"s like. When they realize he"s bought one of the best horses, they plan to do whatever they can to bring Wesley down. Unice may just be a goat, but she"s a perceptive one. When she realizes what Shorty and Stumpy are up to, she"ll do anything to stop them. She enlists the help of Louis, Wes"s dog, to be her sidekick. Together they mischievously follow the Smith brothers around. Does Wesley have what it takes to be the next best driver-trainer, or will the Smith"s convince him to sell his stable and go back home to his disappointed family and fiance?
