Excerpt: ...as hereinbefore directed, and shall be paid to the stockholders upon whom any such debts or liabilities were apportioned in just and equal proportion to the sums contributed and paid by them. Appeal § 149. No appeal from any determination or order of order a justice of the supreme court, made pursuant to sections stayexe-one hundred and twenty-nine, one hundred and thirty unless Od one hundred and thirty-one, one hundred and thirty-two and one hundred and thirty-three of this act shall suspend or delay the execution of such order or the effect of such determination, unless shall be filed, with the notice of the appeal to the clerk of the court, a certificate of a justice of the supreme court, to the effect that there is probable error in such order or determination, nor unless security be given satisfactory to such justice for the payment of the demand upon which the proceedings in those sections may be founded, whenever judgment shall be rendered therefor, with interest at the rate of ten per centum and costs. § 150.
