Frank Gray Griswold (1854-1937) was an American author. Born in New York, he developed a love of horses and foxhunting while in England. He was the first to introduce foxhunting in suburban New York and became the master of the hounds at several fashionable hunt clubs. His works include: The Cascapedia Club (1920), Some Fish and Some Fishing (1921), Observations on a Salmon River (1922), Race Horses and Racing (1925) and After Thoughts (1936).
