The Burden of Isis (Dodo Press) James Teackle Dennis

James Teackle Dennis (1865-1916) was an American author and Egyptologist. He graduated from Lafayette College and did postgraduate studies in Semitic Languages at Johns Hopkins. He travelled to Egypt to help in some archeological projects there. He published his book The Burden of Isis in 1910. It is a translation of a set of hymns to Isis.
