For many years, City Pulse publisher, Berl Schwartz had been bouncing around from newspaper to newspaper before launching his own publication in the small city of 114,000 and since has been recklessly using this publication to conceal real facts and selectively filter news and to support his advertiser"s, political co-horts and just about every gay topic and event in town. He also is known to frequently use that paper to launch brutal attacks on those who speak out against him or who he feels have "wronged" him and whom he holds personal vendetta"s against.
