I am happy to see a book such as this finally hit the market. There are not enough books like Flying The Big Birds which provide useful advice about how to enter the aviation field. What I like most about the book is its readability and its practicality for young adults. This book will provide a helpful foundation for any beginning pilot, as well as excellent resource material for pilots with a few ratings and questions about what to do next. As Ms. Otypka notes, it is a worthy goal indeed to find a career where in you get paid to have this much fun. Happy aviating!
