Long life is the record and exponent of a special line of research, not a literary venture for gain. It follows the progress and fortunes of laboratory work, and for that reason no set dates of issue are guaranteed. It will be printed whenever sufficient matter of interest has accumulated to make publication advisable. Readers may regard it as a magazine appearing at intervals.
Subscriptions to one or two volumes in advance will be received, returnable in all cases where the delay in publication is greater than is satisfactory to the subscriber.
