If you are inquiring what is the germ and essence of Free Masonry, we herewith reveal to you the "secret." You can find it in the twelfth chapter of Mark, thirtieth and thirty-first verses, and to make it even more convenient for you we herewith quote it:
"Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind and with all thy strength, and thy neighbor as thyself."
You need not be afraid to let your wife know this, for the more she tells it the better for Masonry.
