This book was mainly focused on the research findings of Pulmonary tuberculosis, caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Drug resistant tuberculosis is one of the major problem in Nepal, so this study was mainly targeted on the drug susceptibility test of Mycobacterium tuberculosis isolated from pulmonary tuberculosis patients.The findings of research will be useful for clinician for treatment of infection and scientists for further study.
