The Society of Unitarian Christians in Philadelphia, from its first formation has used, in its public devotional exercises, the collection of hymns and psalms made by the Rev. Doctors Kippis and Hees, and Messrs. Jervis and Morgan. Of this work, which could not be supposed in every respect to suit their purpose, they gladly availed themselves in their infant state, not only as obviating many present difficulties, but as affording a valuable basis for supplying them with an impression which might be more immediately applicable to their future circumstances and wants.
