Miscellaneous: Ranney's Applied Anatomy of the Nervous System, Ranney's Diseases of the Nervous System, Hilton's Rest and Pain, Holden's Landmarks, Robinson's Abdominal Brain. On examination and diagnosis: Page, Vierordt, Corwin, Hare, and Cohen and Eshner.
