The Arabic figures refer to the number of the pictures, the Roman numerals to the number of the Galleries: C= Corridor; F.R.= Founders Room =(Old Board Room); G.S. = Grand Staircase; I.H. = Inner Hall. Where no number or letter appears the picture is in Store or hung in the Offices. Students who have a special reason for desiring to see a particular picture can obtain permission to do so by application to the Head Attendant.
