From time to time our friends ask of us questions concerning steel, its correct treatment and management, and we have therefore thought it proper to combine in one form circulars issued by us in previous years. At the same time we add some new and, we hope, interesting matter.
We trust that it may be accepted as an effort on our part to assist in overcoming difficulties connected with the working of steel.
Many will find in it nothing new; others may be able to select something of interest and profit.
