This text was inspired by Debra Kay"s desire to lose weight(s) - both physical and spiritual, that held her down and bound, till she sought the Lord for help. This text is written to give insight and to highlight a few causes and effects of carrying burdensome weights that does so easily beset us. (Hebrews 12.1) The contents of this book is written in poetry style, with the hope of being life changing, enlightening, entertaining for men and women, of all ages, ethnicities, and sects, to read and feast, so that all might see the light and make the necessary changes needed to win the fight. Several scriptures from the King James Version of the Holy Bible are referenced in the text, as well as testimonies of Debra Kay"s personal journey that attests to how she gained weight(s), lost weights(s) and her continued endeavor to lose more weight(s), in an effort to gain a more perfect shape.
