When eleven-year-old Rosa Garcia disappears from an El Paso, Texas playground, Penny Larkin, a newly-certified remote viewer, is hired by Sheriff Leo Tellez to find her. The FBI believes she"s a runaway, but this is the second time Rosa has been kidnapped, and Leo fears she"s been taken by a sexual predator.
