An Englishwoman sadistically murdered in a boutique hotel in downtown Buenos Aires, a contract killing at dawn on a farm in the Province of La Pampa, a collection of films of interrogations conducted by the Argentine military in the closing stages of the "dirty war". Blackmail, espionage and corruption at the highest levels of government cohabit in this thriller with the old world charm of the capital of Argentina, a country balanced precariously between the glories of its early years and the political and economic crises of the last half century.
